Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all work areas, including gates, driveways, and utility access points when applicable. Work areas should be clear of personal items, vehicles, and obstructions before scheduled service dates. If access is limited or delayed, project timelines may be impacted.
Any changes requested after project approval may require a written change order. Change orders can affect pricing, material needs, and completion timelines. No additional work outside the approved scope will begin until change details are reviewed and confirmed.
Payment terms are provided in project proposals and service agreements. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due according to agreed terms. Late payments may delay work scheduling, material ordering, or final project closeout. Questions regarding invoices should be raised promptly so they can be resolved efficiently.
Safety is required on every job site. Our team follows safe operating practices for equipment, tools, and material handling. Clients, children, pets, and visitors should remain clear of active work zones while work is in progress. We reserve the right to pause work if unsafe conditions are present.
Material and plant selections are based on project specifications and current supplier availability. If specified products become unavailable, we will recommend comparable alternatives for client approval. Natural variation in plant material, stone, and paver products should be expected.
Because our work is weather dependent, schedules and installation sequences may be adjusted for safety and quality. We do not perform work that could compromise final results due to unsuitable site or weather conditions. Seasonal limitations may also affect planting windows and certain construction tasks.
Elegant Landscapes LLC stands behind its work and addresses workmanship concerns in accordance with agreed project terms. Clients should report concerns promptly so they can be reviewed and resolved in a timely manner. Warranty coverage, where applicable, is defined in the client agreement.
Company policies may be updated periodically to reflect operational improvements, legal requirements, or service changes. The most current policy version applies to newly scheduled work unless otherwise stated in writing.
